Christmas Wishlist 2006

Let me start by saying that this is more a catalog of stuff i've seen around this time. This is by no means a request to receive any of these things, in fact i prefer to be surprised (for good and bad), so i'm actually forbiding anyone of giving me any of these things, i don't care if you already bought it, go return it right now!!

BookSling:

Some things are just better kept together. BookSling keeps your pen or highlighter with your book. Why would you want it any other way? Whether you're on the road or just lying in bed, it's nice to know your tool of choice is always within easy reach- write where you need it.

OK! I admit it, i have a problem with trick Bookmarks, i love all bookmarks, but if it has a gimmick, i desperately want it!!

LibraryThing CueCat:

The CueCat scanner is a cheap but effective barcode scanner that plugs into your computer's USB port. LibraryThing reads data from unmodified CueCats like these.

Hmmm! What a beautiful gadget, it reads barcodes (for better to catalog in my beloved LT) and it looks like a cat, me wants!

The Absolute Sandman: Vol. 1

The first of four beautifully designed slipcased volumes, THE ABSOLUTE SANDMAN VOL. 1 collects issues #1-20 of THE SANDMAN and features completely new coloring, approved by the author on the first 18 issues, as well as a host of never-before-seen extra material including the complete original Sandman proposal, a gallery of character designs from Gaiman and the artists who originated the look of the Sandman, and the original script for the World Fantasy Award-winning THE SANDMAN #19, "A Midsummer Night's Dream," together with reproductions of the issue's original pencils by Charles Vess.

I blame B. for this one, he's the one who put this idea in my mind, i already own these books i don't need them in luxury edition, but he claims the coloring is truly wonderful...

Dharma & Greg: Série 1

When free-spirited yoga instructor Dharma Finkelstein meets conservative attorney Greg Montgomery, it's love at first sight. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no love in the air when Dharma's hippie parents and Greg's blue-blood establishment parents finally meet after their children have already married at a drive-thru chapel in Reno. Oh! One of my favorite Sit-coms, i really loved this show, and now it's finally in DVD!

Cacharel Noa Perle
My best friend is mad about perfumes and she feels that no Christmas Wishlist should be considered without at least one Perfume, Perfumes are not my thing, but Noa really always strikes a cord with me and the new one is so good!!

Swatch: White Plutonia
And of course the new Swatch, oh this one is truly lovely!

Ex-Libris Candle

Antiquated leather-bound volumes of handsome papers and parchment permeate and seduce the senses.

What Christmas Gift Basket can be complete without that ultimate gift, The Candle, you always get underwear, chocolate and candies, but these really sound special! hummm!

Ferrero Rocher

Ferrero Rocher are small, spherical sweets made by Ferrero SpA. The sweets consist of a whole roasted hazelnut encased in a thin wafer shell filled with nutella/hazelnut cream and covered in milk chocolate and chopped hazelnuts. The sweets are individually packaged in a gold-coloured wrapper.

My Favourite Chocolate candy, and it's only available during the winter (even as an ice-cream) i just love it!!!

I'm having way too much fun with this wishlist, i can definitely see the appeal in writing Santa a letter.
